Mission Statement
The mission of the Coastal Land Trust is to enrich our state through conservation of natural areas and working landscapes, education, and the promotion of good land stewardship in our coastal communities.
Volunteers are an essential part of promoting our mission and conserving lands we love. Our volunteer program aims to bring members of the community together to steward lands, promote community engagement, and get people connect to our mission of coastal conservation.
About
Weather cancellations and postponement of volunteer events will made by 12:00pm the day before the event. Wind speeds over 20 miles per hour and/or any chance of lightning or thunder require event cancellation. If lightning or thunder occurs during an outdoor event/in the field, the event must end promptly and all volunteers and staff must leave.
